Job Listing: Senior Financial Analyst. CPA

The candidate will be responsible for conducting financial planning, including annual budget and quarterly forecast, for all the clinical studies in the Central Nervous System Therapeutic Area (TA). Other responsibilities include:

- Performing month end closing for all the studies in the TA with the information from SAP system, TM1 tools, and spreadsheet models.
- Providing full financial support to Clinical Operation functional area for all the studies in the TA. The support includes, but not limited in, running benchmark budget analysis for each new study, collecting financial information from all the functional areas, reviewing financial terms for all contracts and agreements, setting up financial models for cost recognition, and approving vendor invoices.
- Maintaining smooth relationship with all the functional areas related to the TA, collecting relevant information for each study, and updating managers with all the significant issues.
- Updating the financial tools and methodologies for the team.
- Ad hoc projects
Job Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant areas, CPA or MBA preferred
- 4+ years experience, pharmaceutical industry and clinical research experience are highly desired
- Proficient in MS Office Applications with strong Excel skills a must
- Finance system experience, particularly in SAP and TM1 preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
