Our client is currently seeking a Bilingual Benefits Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare benefit packets
-Create monthly Excel reports
-Research benefit issues for employees
-Coordinate claims processing and monitor pending claims
-Assist Insurance Coordinator and HR Director
-Maintain filing system and process benefit enrollment forms
-Answer phone and walk-in questions employees have regarding benefits
--Other misc. duties
Requirements:
-Able to work 1:30PM-10:00PM
-Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
-Ability to professionally represent the company
-Able to speak, read and write Spanish fluently
-Microsoft Excel and Word
-Ability to meet timelines
-Positive attitude and team player
-Very organized and ability to work independently and as part of a team
