Job Listing: QA Tester

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluating and testing new or modified software programs to verify the functionality adheres to original requirements and conform to established guidelines.
- Providing software quality assurance coverage for all phases of the product life cycle.
- Developing software test plans, executing tests, and documenting the results appropriately.
- Maintaining the defect tracking system.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Entry level candidate with some knowledge of open source development software, including Java, Echo2, JSF and experience with software testing tools.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field OR 3-5 years of related testing &/or quality assurance experience.
- Six months or more experience with relational databases, SQL and database applications.
