Job Listing: Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer

Aerotek has a client that is looking for an Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer. This position will be filled on a permanent basis. Our client is located in Crystal Lake, IL which is a northwest suburb of Chicago. They are involved in the biomedical industry which is a great opportunity for advancement and growth.


**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ENTRY LEVEL MANUFACTURING ENGINEER**

*Optimize manufacturing processes via managing large automation projects.

*Integrate production equipment into work cell formats to make sure equipment and injection molds comply with FDA regulations.

*Prepare annual Capital Project Budget and track Capital project spending via assisting production in achieving cost reduction goals.

*Support Manufacturing in solving quality and production problems.

*Design assembly fixtures, equipment, and work areas and integrate sound ergonomics.

*Work with equipment vendors and contractors during development, build, and installation of new automation equipment.

*Support the development, test, and qualification of new and replacement molds for plant produced product.


**JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY LEVEL MANUFACTURING ENGINEER**

*Must have a Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in an Engineering related discipline (no exceptions).

*Looking for 0-5 years of experience for this position.

*Experience with automation and PLCs, injection molding, and project leadership is strongly preferred.

*MUST BE OPEN TO THE POSSIBILITY OF RELOCATING IN A COUPLE YEARS

*Experience with FDA regulation or ISO is a plus.


**OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY LEVEL MANUFACTURING ENGINEER**

*MUST have excellent communication skills (proficiency with English required).

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $45,000 to $52,000 per Year
