Job Listing: Lab Technician/Chemist

Aerotek Scientific is looking for a Lab Technician/Chemist for a Milwaukee-area manufacturer of chemical products.

The Lab Technician/Chemist position involves analytical chemical techniques such as:
- GC
- IR
- UV Vis
- Bomb calorimetry
- Wet chemistry

The successful Lab Technician/Chemist will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
- Have vision adjusted to 20/20 with no color blindness
- Be able to move 50lbs occasionally

The Lab Technician will be working on a rotating shift, as follows:
Week 1:
M, T, F, S, Su = 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Week 2:
W, Th = 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

Pay for this Lab Technician/Chemist position is $13.50 on a six-month contract-to-hire. Benefits (medical, dental, vision) are available during the contract period. Upon permanent hire, the Lab Technician/Chemist will move to the client's payroll and benefits. Target hire date is late June.
