Job Listing: Entry-Level Financial Aid Advisor

A distinguished university in Oak Brook, IL is looking to hire an Entry Level Financial Aid Advisor for one of their expanding colleges.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
-Processing of Financial Aid information for current and prospective students
-Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
-Receiving and distributing incoming applications
-Counseling students on Financial Aid applications
-Providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective students

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelors Degree in FINANCE is strongly preferred
-Proficient with Microsoft Work and Excel
-Must be professional and highly motivated
-Superior level of problem solving and decision making skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Comfortable communicating via telephone
