Job Listing: Service Center Technician

National acknowledged leader in drilling activity information gathering is searching for Service Center Technician who will interact with Cedar Park Service Center, Field Service Technicians, Sales Representatives, Field Service Managers and Customers.


Job Description
The Service Center Technician monitors all rigs that are serviced by Odessa location. The Service Center Technician supports technical calls received from customers and our service technicians. This position will work with our Cedar Park Service Center for resolutions of more complex issues. Additional duties will consist of cleaning, repairing and restoring computer equipment. The Service Center Technician with also assist with training service technicians in; proper troubleshooting issues, configurations of Rig Sense, computer setup and networking.

Required Skills:
*Ability to work 12 hour rotating shift
*Knowledge and experience with computers and networking
*Knowledge of Windows NT, 2000, and XP
*Rig knowledge in addition to computer and networking skills is desired
*Excellent verbal and written communications
*Self starter
*Skills in multitasking, prioritizing, and scheduling
*Knowledge of computer hardware
