6-12 months contract for aircraft manufacturer

We are currently seeking Manufacturing Planners with CATIA V5 and aerospace experience:
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and maintain manufacturing plans, Bills of Materials (BOM), work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration; possibly work with 3D models in CATIA V5, using Enovia & Delmia, or in more traditional planning systems.
Develop manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
Develop and integrate suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
Review and approve supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met.
Develop tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.
Manage tools from initial design to end of use disposition.
Investigates and resolve manufacturing related issues.
Provide producibility input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.
The emphasis of this position is on the installation of structural components and assemblies.
Required Skills
CATIA V5/Enovia.
Extensive manufacturing planning/engineering experience.
Apply knowledge of processes and materials including fabrication (machining or layup), assembly, and tooling.
Proven experience using project management tools and techniques; detailed knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present concepts to employees and managers at all levels.
Composite and/or assembly experience, including familiarity with installation processes for airplane systems / structures.
Multiple openings throughout the United States. RELOCATION REQUIRED.
Rate: $40 - $52/hour, DOE
