Major Duties
In this position you will serve as Chief of the Technical Management Division, Biometrics Task Force in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Plans, directs and reviews the operations of a division staff engaged in management, operations, and maintenance for automated biometrics identification systems (ABIS) and non-automated biometrics identification, including but not limited to fingerprint, iris, facial, and palm identifications; and provides evaluations and assessments of biometrics systems for standards conformance and biometrics COTS products for application for DoD missions. Provides management support for assigned biometrics systems. Make decisions on problems presented by subordinate supervisors. Meets with representatives of the BTF, higher or parallel commands, other government agencies, industry, etc., to resolve matters dealing with assigned areas of responsibility. Prepares and presents briefings and formal presentations on programs of special significance and interest.

General Schedule SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Candidates for this position must show in their resume that they have one year of specialized experience in the following areas: Knowledge and ability to apply professional electronics engineering skills and knowledge to plan, direct and review the operations of a division staff engaged in management, operations, and maintenance for automated biometrics identification systems and non-automated biometrics identification. Salary Range: 98,033.00 - 149,000.00 USD per year
