Job Listing: Production Line Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Are you able to work from 2pm - midnight? Have you managed line workers in a distribution facility? If you have answered yes to both questions, Volt Workforce Solutions has a position for you!

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to work at our client's distribution center in Graniteville. You will be responsible for supervising, coaching and mentoring a staff of production workers and forklift operators.

Your responsibilities will also include working with the client to address employee relations issues in a confidential and objective manner and to provide proper documentation of all personnel, safety issues and terminations.

Required Skills

3+ years supervisory experience.

Strong customer service skills; ability to work with various personalities and styles of individuals.

Demonstrated problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills

Ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing

Ability to successfully communicate in-person and by telephone with internal staff, external customers and field employees

Ability to work within a flexible work environment and non-traditional work schedules , as necessary

Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented

Experience in managing multiple projects/deadlines

Computer and office equipment proficiency to include MS Office

Knowledge of federal and provincial employment law
