Job Listing: Customer Service Representative
Will perform administrative and customer service duties. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and publicizing community relations and public activities. Will type statistical reports, memos and data analysis along with performing basic administrative support for the customer service department. Ensures good tracking system. Coordinates and schedules appointments and meetings.

Required Skills
2-3 years experience in a clerical/administrative position. Must type between 50-60 wpm. Excellent communication and interpersonal, and customer service skills. Computer literate and knowledge of principles of office operations. Excellent telephone and communications skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, filing, writing and customer service skills. Must possess good English grammar, spelling and punctuation skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. High School Diploma/GED and good driving record required.
