Job Listing: On-Site Program Coordinator-Recruiter - 2nd Shift
Are you able to work from 2pm - midnight? Do you have recruiting and experience managing people? If you have answered yes to both questions, Volt Workforce Solutions has a position for you!
You will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing and hiring as well as supervising, coaching and mentoring a staff of production workers and forklift operators.
Your responsibilities will also include working with the client to address employee relations issues in a confidential and objective manner and to provide proper documentation of all reasons for termination and personnel issues.

Required Skills
2-3 years of recruiting experience; 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience; 2-3 years in a customer service environment; demonstrated problem solving , conflict resolution and decision making skills; excellent computer skills to include data entry and MS Office.
