Required Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills - with particular emphasis on articulation and grammar skills

Experience in a customer-service focused environment is a plus

Experience in Defined Benefit, Health and Welfare or Defined Contribution administration is preferred

Educational background in Finance, Accounting or Math is a plus

Ability to maintain professional demeanor with confidential information.

Organizational skills and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong math aptitude, Judgment and decision making skills

Strong computer skills to include Windows, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer

A minimum of a 2 year degree or equivalent work experience is required

Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish preferred but not required
