Job Listing: .NET Developer
Volt Technical Resources is currently recruiting experienced .Net Developers for an exciting, 4+ month contract opportunity with Our Client in their facility near Orlando, Florida.
Position Description:
The .Net Developer will help Our Client rewrite a User Interface Application, using Oracle.
It is currently written in VB6; however, Our Client would like it rewritten in C# with a database model that has already been changed by the Data Architect.
The design of the application will be completed soon by a Business Analyst.
This is an estimated 4+ month contract position, through Volt Technical Resources - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, based in Winter Park, FL. We are among the largest staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated companies in the South and Southeast.
Required Skills
Required Skills for this .NET Developer position include the following:
3+ years of technical experience in Software Development Life Cycle, including:
System Analysis and Design, including Modeling (UML)
System Construction and Unit Testing
Experience with ADO.NET, Windows Forms Applications, and ASP.NET applications
Demonstrated experience in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design leading to Deployed Production Systems
Demonstrated experience in development with Microsoft's .NET Framework versions 2.0 or higher
Experience with XML Web Services and WCF
Experience with Oracle databases
