Salary $48K-$60K DOE!!

The Telecommunications Call Center Manager will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

1. Manage approximately 10 Call Center Representatives and Team Leaders

2. Manage daily performance to ensure that the call center representatives are providing above average customer service to all customers

3. Handle attendance, performance evaluations, and scheduling

4. Mentor team members to meet and exceed company standards

Required Skills

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Associates Degree; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred

2. Two plus years of telecommunications call center experience

3. Previous management experience; call center management experience preferred

4. Must have excellent customer service, communication, time management, analytical, and problem solving skills
