Qualified professionals will be accountable for consistently increasing branch revenue through the generation of new business and further development of existing accounts. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with local, regional and national clients by prospecting and cold calling to uncover specific staffing needs. The Account Manager is supported by an experienced staff of recruiters who pro-actively recruit talent for the business that is generated through the Account Manager's sales activity. Required Skills
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and customer service in the staffing industry. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for success. Experience in a recruiting firm required. Must possess good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking abilities and sense of urgency. Experience in MS Office and the Internet are required. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who views a professional sales career as their long-term goal.
