Job Listing: Senior Loan Documentation Specialist
Due to the sudden crash in the Real Estate industry jobs involving the processing of loans are difficult to come by. But look no further! Volt currently has an opening at one of our client sites for someone who has experience with loan documentation. In this role one will be responsible for loan documentation on moderately complex loans using one's knowledge of polices and procedures for loan products. Some functions will include processing, closing and compliance for loan products, interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation. Will order all required verifications, documentation and follow ups. Please be aware this is an OVERNIGHT position: hours of work are from 9:30/10pm to 5:30/6am. Overtime may be necessary.

Required Skills
High School diploma and a minimum of at two years related experience. Must also have at least 2 years FHA and VA government processing experience.
