Job Listing: Experienced Business Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Manager to run the daily operations of our two company firm. This position will report directly to the owner of both firms. • Maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and administrative staff members • Some knowledge of small claims and debt collection preferred. • Management of outsourced payroll services. • Responsible for scheduling and filing. • Special projects may be assigned on an as needed basis. • Open the office and route all telephone calls to the appropriate person. • Responsible for AR/AP as well as credit/collections, cash management, showing the rentals, screening new tenants, collecting rent, scheduling maintenance • Accurately maintaining our financial records/books • Assisting management with the development of financial reviews, analyses, planning and forecasting, and profit planning • Devising new methods to improve efficiency and work flow • Scheduling of technician appointments
