Job Listing: Lawson HRIS analyst

Our client a large organization located in the Miami area is in search of a Lawson analyst.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
2-4 years experience in HRIS, with experience in Lawson, Crystal and/or MS Access report-writing required.
Must be able to write/generate reports and spreadsheets. Strong analysis skills are required. Other functional HR experience is strongly preferred (Compensation, Benefits, etc.).
Administers Lawson, and all other Human Resource Information Systems software.
May provide technical support on ePRISM implementation, maintenance and administration.
Technically assists with all HRIS implementations, such as Applicant Tracking, ePRISM, Managers' Self Service, Employee Self Service, etc.
Writes, runs, delivers reports to internal customers using Crystal, Access, ePRISM and other tools.
Continually monitors HRIS needs and researches new/modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.
Works with IT to ensure partnership with HR, and to ensure that all functional systems needs are met.
Conducts and helps coordinate systems testing on implementations, modifications, upgrades, updates and fixes.
Provides back-up assistance in managing and coordinating system security of HR data.
Works with IT and vendors to resolve programming and other HRIS issues.
Tracks all HR Production Support deliverables through completion.
Completes other analysis and modeling tasks and projects as assigned.

This is a 3 month to hire position with a large corporation in Miami. All Applicants must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to being offered a position. Currently sponsorship is NOT an option for the client therefore no H1's can be used right now. Due to time constraints, only resumes matching the required skills, will be reviewed.
