Job Listing: Customer Service Representative $14-$15

Our client, a highly established manufacturing company, is looking for a customer service representative. The hours for this job are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities for this customer service representative include:

*** Answering roughly 20 calls a day.

*** Following up with customers on their orders.

*** Verifying orders and tracking them for customers.

*** Checking orders.

Qualifications for this customer service representative include:

*** Previous experience performing customer service for a manufacturing or distribution company.

*** Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a MUST.

*** Experience dealing with purchase orders.
