Job Listing: Entry Level Technician

We currently have several Full Time openings for electrical or mechanical technicians in Cranberry Township/Warrendale area in the Thorn Hill Industrial Park.

We are looking for candidates with an electrical degree/certification OR someone with at least 2 years of electrical or 2 years of mechanical experience or 2 years of using hand and power tools (in construction, auto mechanics, etc.). Candidates must be able to operate hand and power tools. CANDIDATES THAT HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS MECHANICAL REPAIR (AUTO MECHANICS, MACHINE MECHANICS, ETC.) OR ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST 2 YEARS MAY BE QUALIFIED, SO PLEASE APPLY! We are looking for motivated workers, with a great work history, and willingness to learn.

We have 2nd shift (4 PM - 12:30) available. Candidates will train on day shift for several weeks before moving to 2nd shift.

Pay is $10.75/ hr to start and medical, dental, and vision benefits are offered. After 3-6 months candidates will be eligible for a pay raise to $11.80/hr for day shift, and $12.55/hr for 2nd shift.

Candidates will be performing assembly of parts onto machines and machine maintenance on large scale gas circuit breakers. Candidates will be working from blueprints, using hand and power tools, building bushings, spraying RTV sealants, and completing any and all job duties required. This position is more mechanical in nature for the first few months, and then will become more of an electrical repair position.

Qualified candidates must have at least a GED.

Qualified candidates must be able to stand, crawl, squat, climb a ladder, and lift up to 75 lbs.
