Job Listing: Delivery Manager ITSM
An experienced leader with a background in Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and excellent interpersonal skills will find this to be a challenging and rewarding opportunity! In this position you will lead a team of consultants who support Compuware's leading edge ITSM technology, Vantage, to deliver high-value services that are in heavy demand from Compuware's large customer base. We are looking to add a proven leader that is interested in joining a dynamic team of professionals that deliver Vantage Professional Services across North America.
Position Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of a wide range of services that are based on Compuware Vantage products, from implementation and training to high-value consulting services such as Application Triage. As a Delivery Manager, you will provide engagement management for all Vantage services in your assigned geographic region, driving delivery success and customer satisfaction. You will work directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements, crafting delivery proposals, Statement of Work (SOW) contracts, and project plans that will ensure successful execution. In this role, you will also have a number of consultant direct reports dispersed throughout various Compuware locations.
