Job Listing: Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary:A Products Inside Sales Representative is responsible for contacting prospective customers to promote sales of company products, and work with their field counterparts to develop sales relationships with these prospective customers and to close business. Primary Roles/Responsibilities:- - Initiate and develop high-level relationships with customers. - Making outbound calls daily to assigned territories. - Prospect for new leads using the Internet or other resources. - Build potential future business that exceeds monthly requirements. - Manage business in territory, including a transactional and solution-oriented selling approach. - Manage growth of new business. - Review established business with existing customers to maintain relationships and sales opportunities. - Qualify prospective customers. - Follow the prescribed sales process. - Exceed outbound call objectives by placing cold calls. - Effectively use the sales management database for sales processing, including making accurate notations in the database. - Perform additional duties as required. - Proven closing ability within a sales environment Required Skills/Competencies: - Significant experience qualifying and selling software or other technically related products to companies over the telephone. - Willingness and ability to dial the telephone 100 times a day. - Ability to work through rejection and maintain a positive attitude. - K
