Job Listing: Senior Human Resources Generalist
Volt Technical Resources is assisting our customer, a local manufacturing firm, in their search for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. This is a direct-hire opportunity and compensation will depend on past experiences.
While in this position, candidate will be accountable for Payroll and Pay Systems related to Non-Exempt employees as well as the entire recruitment process for all positions. This includes requisition generation, interviewing, screening, making offers, checking references, and all new hire paperwork and orientation. Another important aspect of this position is maintaining affirmative action programs, filing EEO-1 reports annually, and maintaining other records and logs to conform to EEO regulations, as well as the OSHA log and workers compensation.

Required Skills
A minimum of five years experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment is required. A background in recruiting, employee relations and compliance is preferred. Excellent computer skills required in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience working with HRIS databases.
