Job Listing: Engineering Program Manager (Direct Hire)
Our customer is the world specialist in providing engineered materials for the aerospace and commercial airline industries.
The successful candidate will optimize all aspects of manufacturing process by identifying opportunities and applying simpler, faster, more cost effective and reliable methods in all phases of manufacturing process. Coordinate manufacturing engineering project activities including scheduling, monitoring, and formally communicating completion status.

Required Skills
Sheet metal fabrication. Hands-on experience in molding elastomer components for the aerospace industry preferred. Project management skills including planning, scheduling, monitoring. Must have good communication skills both oral and written. Design and develop fixtures for production run using CAD/CAM software (CATIA). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies is desired. 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering. BS in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited university.

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Annual DOE
