Volt Workforce Solutions, a multinational provider of talent to Fortune 100 companies, has an opportunity for you to become part of a prestigious team of professionals. In this 12 month assignment (25 hrs/week) in the capacity of a Technical Project Manager, a qualified applicant will act as project manager for some smaller programs and assist product and market planners with other activities.

Responsibilities of the role for Project Management/Guidance include:

** Product Improvement Process (PIP) approval, release and execution. Develop process and tools used to track key task status, manage to completion and request additional resources needed to meet goals established. Also monitor released PIP methods for completion and for required parts kits orders.

** Coordinate and manage the warranty registration process used to obtain emissions credits. This effort will involve working with sales managers and directly with contacts to solicit registration details. Review the various tools and processes used in the effort and recommend means to increase registrations in an on-going basis.

** Review and suggest improvements in the returns goods processes and tools used; especially when complete engine replacements are performed. Identify issues in how information is gathered, recorded and communicated in order to drive corrective action. Also assist in identifying process gaps when ordering replacement products from multiple sources and how this might best be managed.
