Job Listing: Managed Care Coordinator

Volt Services Group currently has several temporary openings for a Health Care Professional experienced in Managed Care. This position is located at one of largest client sites in the WEST TRENTON and MARLTON area. This position will require some of the following responsibilities:

* Act as a liaison between members, providers, delegates, operational business members and member service coordinators

* Conduct telephone interviews in order to prepare case histories and reviews , collect information from doctors/patients, and obtain information from facitlities/providers.

* Assist in conducting report analysis and preparing data for summary of findings

* Verify fees and contract provisions

* Participate in special projects as needed

Required Skills

Associate's Degree in related major or LPN certification preferred though not necessary. One year experience required in a medical support related position. Must have knowledge of medical terminology. Knowledge of contracts, enrollment, billing, claims, coding and processing required. Knowledge of Managed Care principals highly preferred.
