Job Listing: Web Applications Developer
Web Developer wanted to Troubleshoot Web Based Learning Content for a Learning Management System** **HTML, XML and SCORM knowledge is highly desired.**Work with an LMS database to write reports using Crystal Report. To perform web development, programming, troubleshooting and consulting work required for learning content material integrated into the sector learning systems, and to monitor and control learning technical standards throughout the sector.

Required Skills
Requires a Bachelor Degree in Information or Instructional Technology, or equivalent, plus 6 to 9 years (4 to 7 with MBA or related advanced degree) working on technical requirements for web based training. Must have a solid grasp of JavaScript, XML, HTML, SCORM and AICC, familiarization with authoring, graphic, animation, audio and learning development tools, advanced database programming skills and a good understanding of browser compatibility issues. Requires the ability to work well with people, effective communications skills, good team building skills, and demonstrated leadership ability.
