As a salesperson servicing the Oxnard/Ventura area you will:
- Cold call in-person and via the telephone to grow new business
- Generate new business from existing accounts
- Research and follow-up on new business opportunities
- Work with management to mentor the inside staff to help develop their sales skills and comfort with the selling process
- Consistently maintain the integrity of data
- Meet or exceed forecasted sales goals

Required Skills
- Sales experience in a service environment (required), preferably in the staffing industry
- Previous experience servicing, supporting or developing new accounts
- Effective communication skills both written and oral
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suites particularly Word, Excel and Power Point and good data entry skills
- Ability to conduct live business to business sales presentations
- Ability to create complex business correspondence
