Job Listing: Senior Electrical Engineer

Are you ready to make a positive move? Search no further, our well known client in sunny San Diego is seeking an addition to their team. The ideal candidate will:

- Be in charge of the designs for the filter for custom RF/Microwave assemblies and subsystems to customer specifications.
- Be drafting, purchasing, kitting, assembly, and technician support to get the prototype running, documented, and released to production.
- Design prototypes, and provides sustaining engineering support during the development phase
- Serve as the project lead responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project to meet technical, schedule, and cost goals.
- Support IR&D projects as required.
-Generate cost and technical proposals with minimal management support.
- Handle EM simulations and other analyses while working with the Product Line Manager and continually upgrading the proprietary design tool set, as well as completing many other internally funded IRAD projects.
-Supports research and development by evaluating, developing, and documenting new circuit and/or design techniques, including writing and evaluating software Design electrical circuits.
- Perform routine specification analysis and component design (including creation of a drawing package) using company standard design practices and produce prototype hardware consistent with company manufacturing producibility requirements.
- Perform technical analysis/feasibility for new product specifications and generate cost/technical proposals.
-Perform circuit and reliability analysis.
- Debug and optimize prototype circuits
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers. etc., RF modeling (circuit tools, EM tools, etc
