Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

With the companies continued growth, we are accepting applications for their Inbound / Outbound call center. The center’s hours are Monday through Saturday 8:00 AM until 11:00 PM. Currently there are 6 shifts Monday through Friday; however, they will be adjusting a number of shifts to cover Saturdays.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

As a customer service representative, your daily activities will include:

Inbound/Outbound service calls
Scheduling service appointments
Conducting effectiveness check calls…and other activities as required.

Training will be provided. If you have an excellent attendance record, integrity, the desire to grow with a company, and are willing to submit to both a 7 year background check and a 10 panel (detailed) drug screen, contact us today to setup an interview.
