Job Listing: Mortgage Processor

Aerotek, Inc. is currently in need of a mortgage processor to work on a long-term contract with one of our clients in Research Triangle Park, N. C.

The mortgage processor will be responsible for arranging all paperwork for conventional, FHA and VA government loans. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

A candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of recent mortgage processing experience
- 1-3 years of experience with FHA/VA government loans
- expert in Calyx or CalyxPoint, Compass, Genesis
- excellent organization and time management

The individual should be prepared to manage at least 30 loans in their pipeline each month.
