Job Listing: Supervisor of Technicians

One of TEKsystems biggest clients is looking for a Supervisor of Technicians for the WPB area.

Qualified candidates will be responsible for supervising a team of technical services personnel who will provide service and installation activity. This person will also be required to meet the shop’s standard for QC measurements of 8% to include but not limited to, call backs, cards and physical inspection; 50% in field.

He/She will Train technicians on test equipment usage and troubleshooting techniques and MUST possess Strong organization and project management skills. Chosen candidate should have a knowledge of Basic Data Transmission Networking, knowledge of Proof of Performance testing procedures and Budgeting and P/L experience.

We are looking for a strong team motivator and someone who has proven customer service skills. Knowledge of cable television products and services is a HUGE PLUS.
