Job Listing: Finance Manager

Local NW AR Corporate Operations Company is seeking Finance Managers to join growing team. Client offers excellent pay and benefits. Client is seeking individuals with MBA and 2-3 years prior work experience in Finance pertaining to Commercial Real Estate. Primary Role and Duties: Work with all disciplines within Real Estate and other divisions to develop and support models that easily allow managers to assess the economic impact of proposed capital projects. This position provides tactical support and analytics for key projects and initiatives in Strategic Finance. Individual must be capable of utilizing and reviewing complex financial models, which may include: Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, time value of money, ROI, Financing, lease vs own analysis, CAPM/WACC, Capital structure Analysis, risk quantification and mitigation. Provide Operational support of Real Estate investment opportunities and deals throughout life cycle of deal. Measuring the results of past investments to understand portfolio performance and to inform company judgement for future investment decisions. Assisting internal customers with an understanding of finance theory.

Requirements for the Position:
Undergraduate degree in Finance. Strong quantitative modeling ability. Proven interpersonal, collaborative, and team building skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated presentation skills- good executive presence. A strong sense of urgency to get quality results quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Access, VBA, Minitab, and related software. Strong abilities in Excel and Powerpoint. Project Management skills. Real Estate Experience. Retail Experience. Strong systems and technology acumen.
