Job Listing: Mechanical Design Engineer

Our client located in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a qualified Mechanical Design Engineer to join their company on a permanent basis in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry.

***Qualifications***

- Mechanical background designing both metal and plastic components with knowledge in supplier manufacturing practices.

- R&D experience is a PLUS in this field

- Excellent project & cost management skills

- Strong leadership

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills including writing ability

- Good knowledge in the cost estimation of custom mechanical parts and sub-assemblies

- Supplier management and price negotiation skill required

- Should be proficient in: Pro-E, AutoCAD, MS Project, Power Point, Word, Excel

- MUST have electronics manufacturing design experience
