Job Listing: Maintenance Manager

Aerotek is seeking a maintenance manager for an immediate first shift opening in the Madison, Wisconsin area.

Maintenance manager will be responsible for coordination of maintenance department, implementing strategic plans for all operations, and will directly supervise 8 other technicians. Will be setting expectations of personnel, developing tracking mechanisms to measure performance, and support other managers in regards to hiring and firing. Maintenance manager will also be responsible for overseeing the purchasing to maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and to keep costs down. Will organize daily, weekly, and monthly job duties of staff along with working with managers to set goals for future company growth. Qualified candidates will have experience in all these fields.

Standard work week is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with approximately 10 hours of overtime a week.
