Job Listing: Maintenance Planner

Aerotek Scientific is now hiring a Maintenance Planner in the Owensboro, Kentucky area. This position entails scheduling facility improvements and coordinating with various departments in order to make improvements efficiently.

Requirements:
-Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field

-2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment

**Due to the immediacy of this position sponsorship is not available at this time


Key Job Functions:
-Responsible for the control of repairable assets

-Plan all scheduled maintenance outages

-On a daily basis within the scope of work, monitor and assess performance issues, set priorities, lead and own the correction efforts, identify root causes for failures, and implement preventive action

-Develop systems to monitor performance, routinely mine the data, identify opportunities, prioritize the needs, and take action to improve

-Lead selected projects in support of the plant’s strategy, and deliver results

-Provide daily support to the maintenance team
