Our client is a growing company with offices in Miami. They seek a top-notch Marketing Director with a broad-based skillset and experience developing and implementing fully-integrated marketing programs to include marketing collateral, advertising, grassroots marketing, media relations, promotions, direct marketing and new media. The objective is to drive business through innovative marketing strategies.
Experience
* Multi-unit retail-experience in developing programs and promotions for geographically dispersed retail outlets is preferred but not mandatory
* Sales promotion and procedure development for retail execution
Direct experience in managing marketing communication programs in print and electronic media including the web
* Start up or energizing company experience
Responsibilities
* Develops pricing and promotion strategy for ongoing service promotion packages
* Develops monthly and annual retail promotion calendar including appropriate guidance and support materials
* Develops strategy and objective for overall communications look, content and feel across all materials
* Manages production of all company material in a timely fashion in support of company promotion and sales programs
* Develops overall objectives for website in line with corporate brand identity and business objective
* Develops overall communications and sales objectives for website understand but not limited to:
* Package and service sales and promotions
* Lead generation capacity
* Location descriptions and directions
* Service descriptions and benefits
* Develops unit sales direction and defined sales process consistent with overall corporate sales objectives in conjunction with Operations
* Oversees development and execution of sales training, sales scripts and sales aids designed to achieve unit level sales objectives in conjunction with Operations and Human Resources
* Manages centralized sales effort and lead generation
* Organizes and supports local sales and led generation programs including but not limited to:
* Lead collection boxes
* Promotional and sales events
* Strategic/customer alliances
* Oversee placement of company news and promotional messages in local and regional press
* Assesses competitive offerings, pricing and promotional practices
* Maintains and updates routine database and information on all competitors
* Maintains and enhances companies frequent guest programs with Operations to insure consistent implementation at unit level and corporately
* Conducts routine analysis an all prospect and existing customer information to enhance advertising programs and customer offerings including but not limited to:
* Website Data
* Purchase Data
* Other market research
* Division and unit level sales
* Division and unit level lead and project targets
* Measurement and performance of agreed upon communications objectives
* Achievement of specified budgets
