Job Listing: Software Developer/Database Design

An aerospace and aviation company is looking for a talented software engineer with a database development background. This "jack of all trades" will be developing a legacy system to collect data for flight analysis.

Good software development skills are needed because the individual will be developing software for a variety of government projects which involve tactical environments. Database architecture skills will be necessary as well because the engineer will be involved in both software development and database design and architecture.

The engineer should be able to coordinate with the team and then work to design, implement, and test their solutions with minimal supervision. This contract is slated to last through 2009.

Required Skills for Software Developer/Database Design Job:

  • C/C++
  • DATABASE ARCHITECTURE
  • AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
  • BS IN CS/EE OR APPLICABLE FIELD
  • DEVELOPMENT OF DATA COLLECTION SYSTEMS
