Job Listing: Accounting Supervisor

Our client, a dynamic real estate company in the Cleveland area is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to join their team. This company offers high growth potential and excellent benefits.

The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for but not limited to:
-Assisting the Manager and Director of External Reporting
-Helping to prepare all quarterly, and annual SEC filings (i.e 10-Q, 10-K and the Proxy Statement), Form 8-K, press releases, annual reports and supplemental packages
-Monitor the company's GAAP Policy Manual
-Assist with the company's continuing education program (i.e Company's annual CPE Day)
-Manage and develop the senior accountant by assisting the senior accountant in monitoring the status of un issued separate property reports and reviews

Qualified candidate will possess strong communication skills and will be expected to impact the company. Real estate exposure is a plus! Some overtime will be expected.

Requirements:
Four year college degree in Accounting
Minimum of 1 year experience in Public Accounting
Minimum of 3 years experience
CPA
