Job Listing: Junior Level Assembler

A company that focuses on mission-driven research and development of custom communication systems for the U.S. Government is looking for an Assembler.

TITLE: Assembler

DESCRIPTION FOR THE ASSEMBLER POSITION:
The Assembler will perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including hand assembly, soldering, mechanical assembly (using a torque wrench) and performing any related rework on electro-mechanical assemblies. The Assembler must have the ability to work from manufacturing drawings, schematics, sketches and/or verbal instruction, including operating a computer (MS office). Also, the Assembler must be able to perform administrative tasks associated with assembly operations, including manufacturing order documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ASSEMBLER POSITION:
- Must have a minimum of SECRET level clearance
- Must have a minimum of 1+ years of assembly experience
- Must have experience with hand assembly and soldering
- Experience with reading schematics and understanding electro/mechanical assemblies
- Will take basic soldering test
