Job Listing: NOC Technician

TEKsystems currently has a need for a NOC Technician in Albuquerque, NM to provide operations support for a large wireless company.

Our client is looking for someone that has Data/ IP experience and can manage incoming and outgoing trouble tickets. They must be able to update and make changes to systems. Also, they should be able to perform operation checks, log alarms, create trouble tickets.

The position is for Tier I support. Unix skills are a plus. CCNA certification is a plus. Candidate should be able to work with fault management. Knowledge of Lucent, Nortel, Ericsson wireless equipment is also a plus
