Job Listing: Swiss Screw Operator

JOB DUTIES:

* Responsible for the setup, programming and operation of CNC Swiss style multi-axis screw machines in a contract machining environment.
* Must be able to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in the manufacturing of precision components.
* The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years¿ experience in the setup and operation of Swiss style screw machines and have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
* Working knowledge of Tsugami and Citizen machines a plus.
* Strong working knowledge of a variety of inspection equipment such as optical comparator, height gages, thread measuring gages and hand-held micrometers, along with strong math skills are required.
