Guardrail Project Mng./Lead
- Provide technical leadership and oversight of integrated, multi-disciplined product teams developing complex integrated hardware and software products for defense applications supporting intelligence and electronic warfare (IEW).
- Must be able to work with clients in establishing system requirements, architectures, performance standards and requirements for technology integration.
- Strong technical background across multiple disciplines and the ability to work effectively with engineering product teams and customers required.
- Applicant will be required to lead intelligence and electronic warfare (IEW) system engineering in support of the Guardrail 2000 Post Production Software Support (PPSS) test bed, Ft. Monmouth, NJ.
- Knowledge should include real-time systems development, US and DOD standards, modeling and simulation, embedded systems, systems engineering, and hardware design and prototyping.
- Familiarization with GPS system integration, numerous programming languages, communications hardware connectivity and protocols, configuration management principals, and software and hardware testing methodologies are preferred.
**Will manage 10-12 people, 4 are in NJ. So, a lot of coordination with the other groups.
