Job Listing: Construction Drywall Estimator/PM

Well established local Drywall Subcontractor is seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator/Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in the Drywall construction industry.

This Drywall Estimator/Project Manager will be working on various types of projects including commercial and retail. This is an immediate and permanent position.

Job Duties Include:

- Prepare complete labor and material estimates.
- Maintain blueprints, materials, and other pertinent information regarding the bidding project.
- Overseeing the newly bid projects.
- Track and control project costs.
- Maintain good communication with in-house staff, manufacturers, suppliers, and installation crews.
- Performing other duties as required.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Commercial Drywall Construction industry as an Estimator or Project Manager.
- Experience working with an estimating software (Edge Software preferred).
- Bachelors Degree Strongly Preferred.
