Par lez vous francis? Volt is recruiting for Customer Service Representatives in the Kennewick, WA area who are bilingual in English and French. Representatives will be working for is a multi-national company offering a range self-service purchase centers to retailers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing customer service team. Representatives will answer incoming calls from customers, corporate partners, and field service staff, in order to assist customers, corporate partners, and field service staff with effectively troubleshooting problems.

Required Skills
Must have High School Degree or GED, 2-5 years experience in customer service, preferably in a technology-based corporation, be fluent in English and French. Call center experience strongly desired. Possess ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high volume environment. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel & Lotus Notes.
