Linux System Administrator
Description:
A leading Health Care Industry Company is looking for a Senior Linux System Administrator for their IT Operations and Implementations Department This is a great opportunity for a Linux Administrator to lead this company in setting processes for a successful Linux shop and leading the direction for growth, maintenance and handling the ongoing day-to-day operations. This company offers competitive benefits, and the ability to pursue Management opportunities and also pursue technical career choices.
This is a predominantly Windows Server shop but they are looking to the future with adding additional virtual and physical Linux servers. Currently mission critical servers with applications and databases are running on Linux. The Administrator will need to be ready to be in a high-profile position and willing to be flexible and open to new projects including security, supporting Windows initiatives, cabling and subject to infrequent on-call responsibilities. This position will support internal and external customers.

Required Skills
Job Qualifications:
*Sr. Linux System Administration and Server Administration Experience.
*Experience working with Virtual and Physical Servers.
*Ability to support Windows and VM Ware.
*Ability to manage and implement security applications.
*Hardware, cabling and rack experience a plus.
*Experience developing processes.
* Outstanding team skills.
