Job Listing: Senior Technician -Trouble shoot and repair electronic

Under the direct guidance of a Senior Technician, repairs and or remanufactures electromechanical assemblies for industrial automation products. This position is responsible for the testing and troubleshooting of all types of servo motors, resolvers, encoders, smaller frame size AC / DC motors and electronic power heat sink assemblies. Requires ability to follow test instructions, to trouble shoot and repair equipment with or without prints. This includes the use of a wide range of test equipment such as but not limited to multi-meters, meggers, winding analyzers, vibration equipment, test stands, cranes, pneumatic tools, grit blasters, degreasers and part washing equipment. This also includes schematic and blueprint reading, mechanical assembly and disassembly, part cleaning, hand soldering, following test instructions, use of test fixtures and diagnostic programs, and working with hand tools. May use assembly and power tools such as drill presses, lathes, grinders, rivet guns, crimp tools, band saws, and other job shop equipment.
