Job Listing: Product Engineer

Large, Midwest manufacturer is currently seeking a Product Engineer to join their energetic team. Responsibilities of this position will include:

* Facilitating teamwork between the outside sales applications team and other outside sales applications stakeholders (marketing planners and sales managers)

* Planning and coordinating engine projects between application design, performance & emissions, engine electronic controls, and engine manufacturing facilities

* Ensuring required product verification and validation is completed prior to project implementation

* Coordinating with outside sales engineers, engine distributors, direct customers, European engine engineering team, and marketing to support outside engine customers

* Communicating current outside application project status to management

Required Skills

Required Skills & Experiences:

* 3 or more years of work experience in mechanical or agricultural engineering

* Leadership skills including: organization, communication and team building

* Proven success managing projects


Desired Skills & Experiences:

* Knowledge of the product delivery process

* Familiarity with diesel engine design and development

* Manufacturing experience--knowledge of factory environment and how the factory contributions affect the rest of the process
