Job Listing: Usability Engineer
The successful candidate will have experience generating research plans, conducting user research of various methodologies, and coordinating work on multiple products.
Has ability to work on several different products, quickly ramping up on new products and their research needs.
Works with the product team which includes research, PM, development, and design to understand research and integrate their research needs.
Must have experience with all of the following methodologies: usability studies, scenario creation, cognitive walkthroughs, and heuristic evaluations.

Required Skills
Work related experience in Human Machine Interaction or Human Computer Interaction required. Demonstrated skill in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data required. Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Masters degree in Psychology, Human Factors or related field required or Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Factors or related field with equivalent work experience in Behavioral Science.
